Purpose: to identity patient with fever/neutropenia that have been admitted to 3 North to see antibiotic compliance. The antibiotic needs to be given within 60 minutes.
Columns/fields:
- Admit date and time
- FIN
- Patient Name
- First date time signed Ed Traige PowerForm
- Admitted unit
- Order date time
- Time difference in minutes (Ed triage- order date time)
- Administration date time (first given antibiotic)
- Time diff between order date time to administration date time.
- Total time diff between(Ed triage – admin time)
- Central line access type
- Fluid resustation meaning if they a normal saline bolus
Filter:
- Admit date time
- Active Diagnosis: fever, fever unspecified, neutropenia
- Admitted 3 North
- Antibiotic
